Arnold wanted to impose state-run health care. Thank God for California's budget crisis. He can't move ahead on that. Arnold is just another big-government bureaucrat.

When he was asked why he didn't stand up for us (Californians) when the FDA wanted to spray us to battle the Light Brown Apple Moth, his reponse was 'This is a federal matter, we can't do anything about it.'
