The question was who would Ronald Reagan endorse, and they all went through their favorite sayings, Romney was the only one who said he would endorse him, but Ron paul said something very interesting, he said Ronald Reagan campaigned for him in 1978 which is in effect an endorsement.
So only one person on that stage was ever endorsed by The Gipper, Ron Paul

Romney kept saying Reagan would endorse him, over and over and over. If Paul was going to be forced into short answers he could of just said: I endorsed Reagan in '76 when almost no one else did and he endorsed me in '78. As far as I know Reagan didn't campaign for any of the other people on this stage.
