When ron paul spoke it was great but when they put that guy on after him it sucked completely. Basically he said that Paul only has an internet following which does not translate into votes and hes like he never did good in any of the primaries which pissed me off since he did excellent in nevada and louisiana

Well, the girl in the studio read an email that said REALLY wanted to hear more from Ron Paul, and the other one in the Spin Room just happened to find Ron Paul!!! It was pure genius, awesome, inspiring, and presidential!!!

It was on after the debate online. I don't have cable, so I was watching whatever was online. There were SEVERAL comments about how Ron Paul was the only one that made any sense.

Yes, it was GREAT... but was unfortunately only on the Internet version of CNN.

And that, in a nutsell, sums up how the media works.

Is Bill Bennett the most disgusting commentator? Is there anyone more full of shit than him, with his neverending moralism coupled with his degenerate gambling habits? It makes me nauseaous when people fawn all over him and act like he's not a total idiot and casino fish...

why can't he say these things in the debates? He's so relaxed and articulate in this interview.

Did you watch the same debate I did? He did a great job of attacking Romney and McCain's stupid bickering, and did a great job pointing out that he doesn't want to be the commander of the economy, and that he would give Americans the freedom over that.

He also probably had about as much time in the debate as he did in that one interview.

lol, he only gets 30 seconds to speak on tv. He gets as much as possible in. Way better than I could do.

if only debates were in this format:

1.5 hour forum:

- Each candidate gets 5 minutes of this interview (4 ppl x 5 minutes = 20 minutes)
- "Debate" *cough* for 50 minutes
- Each candidate gets another 5 minutes at the end to summarize (4 ppl x 5 mins = 20 mins)

RP would smoke everyone off the stage..

Talk about segregation.

They think by only giving him after debate interviews that air online that it will somehow make up for their silencing attempts.

Let me guess, Jeffrey Toobin or Bill Bennett. Both are tools of the highest order, just from opposite ends of the political spectrum. It doesn't help that their analysis always sucks.

Bennett and company only want to talk about the person that appears to be in the winning position. They get paid for myoptic analysis of the most meaningless points. Paul nailed the whole situation tonight with his comment on the tit for a tat argument on time tables. The CNN folks totally missed it. I think the viewers may have caught on however.

Well, I know how I would react to the questions. I would be worried that they would dong me out after only a few seconds and cut off my answers in the debate, so I would hurry to say as much as I could as quickly as I could. And guess what? They did!
