I wish there was a "tailgate wrap" for full size pickups. Tailgates are an awesome billboard for everyone behind you. I have yet to find one, though.

It's called a partial wrap. A sign shop should be able to do one for you.

you might be able to contact these folks and inquire if they can make a larger version:

right now, the largest they have is 16" x 5.5"

there is also a printable, adhesive fabric that can be used like this called Photo-Tex. Some places will do small custom prints on it - like a life size pic of your 8 year old to adhere to the wall.
