He doesn't. That was another of Rush Limbaugh's errors. Kondracke supports the Iraq war and wants more government spending for federal programs. He's liberal on everything but the war pretty much.

He likes both Giuliani and McCain.

I rarely listen to Rush but I heard this too. Rush is an entertainer not a political thinker. He was going through a litany of which candidate various pundit supports and he did say this. Gonna see what google says.
