Hannity says he has re-evaluated what he believes, and now he supports McCain's neo-con agenda. We need to end free speech during elections, not drill in ANWAR, be "compassionate" with our tax money. Give the terrorists lawyers to defend themselves in court.

Hannity says we need to listen to what the people are saying, after one primary election where McCain got less than a majority of the vote. Hannity also said "isn't the Republican Party the most important thing in your life?" I was expecting it to be a big joke, but I think he is serious, he has a backbone of jelly, with no core beliefs.

I keep thinking this is all a sick joke, but so far its not.

I await the next mass banning of posters on Hannity's web site who disagree with him with great interest. Hannity's moderators have already conducted their purge of anybody who agrees with any of Ron Paul's positions - it should be entertaining reading to watch them mass-nuke Huckabee and Romney supporters next.

yes, I thought after the first break he would say "just joking".

He wants to "modernize" the Republican Party because the old conservatives are irrelevent. He is just adapting to modern times.

I am typing this as I listen. I was driving home when I heard him at first, now am listening at home.

Now the callers are giving him hell. Some lady is saying that he is becoming socialist.

Hannity wants to "adapt". Right, do whatever it takes to pander to the electorate who has been brainwashed by the liberal mainstream media.

I still think it is a big joke of his, assuming he is clever enough to pull a joke like this off.

He is saying we need to support global warming. Unbelievable.

Just wait, I bet he's trolling his own audience.

Just testing the waters?

He's done this before. IIRC, he once spent an entire show advocating Hillary for President. A trick to pump up his failing ratings IMO.

Yeah, I'm starting to think that. Had me going though. An hour long rant will do that.

Maybe he'll announce a mystery billionaire backer for McCain

That's no surprise, because Hannity is a war monger above all else. Immigration and tax cuts are not important to him.

Now Hannity said it was a joke, he was just trying to make the same arguments that the liberals make about the Republican Party.

Not that it matters, since the only TRUE conservative is treated with contempt and scorn by just about all of the Establishment talking heads.
