Just listen to this. I can't even begin to write what he is saying. He just lost his mind on natonal air. This is either a sick joke, or we just made a huge shift towards socialsm. He is talking about "modernzing conservatism". He is talkng about how Ted Kennedy is right on some things, and that republicans are actually wrong.

He is trying to gear up the GOP base for McCain is what he is doing.

Hannity wouldn't modernize conservatism, he would redefine it. To fit his shallow interpretation to include world domination of oil.

Everyone just listen. History is occuring today. I wish I was recording what this guy was saying. He is telling his audience to embrace McCain, McCain Feingold, immigration, environment, liberal policies, and that Reagan conservatism is dead. Unbelieveable. Bizarre. I keep thinking he will say ts a joke, but its been 30 minutes and he hasn't.

It won't work. He had no effect on preventing Pelosi from being majority leader., despite his daily rantings about how terrible the world would become with her at the helm of the house. He'll have no effect on this either.

Sean Hannity will bend over and spread 'em for the frontrunner. Today, he's wearing his red edible underwear with the little hearts on them for McCain. Tomorrow, it might be Romney or Huckabee. Heck, he might even give Obama a reacharound after the "happy ending" if it would put money in his pocket.

the fact you're listening to Hannity is history in the making because it's the beginning of the end for America...

you're demographic is the reason Bush was elected and why this country has been raped and pillaged from the neocon base

thanks

I just posted the same comments on a new thread.

Yes, "redefine" conservatism. GOOD! Then the neo-cons can have their little party, and the Ron Paul revolution can start a new party that defends the timeless ideals of freedom, peace and prosperity.

Amazing, amazing.

It will be interesting to see what this does to his ratings.

I never voted for Bush, and despise Hannity. This is history in the making today, and is pretty terrfying. Instead of listening to something historic, you just make knee jerk reactions. Hannity is telling his viewers that they are living in a bygone era. And that conservatism and his viewers are now irrelevent to him.

Reply With QuoteEver hear the expression, "Know thy enemy"?

I guess not, lol.

I was listening to the beginning of his show too, and waiting for him to say he was only kidding... but he didn't. He was basically saying that McCain has been right about everything all along and that he is the new Bush God in that McCrazy's views will somehow now define what it means to be a "conservative". i.e. conservative is going to mean war and conserving our big government.

History is occuring today.Yes, history is occuring on the Hannity show today, but not like you say. He is making history by trying to pull of what looks like the most cynical ploy in the history of Radio.

yeah, like I said it was either a sick joke or worse. I'm going with the sick joke. He's probably trolling his audience for an hour to make a point.

The sad part for me is that I have a lot of Christian brothers and sisters who listen to Sean Hannity and trust his news perspective on the issues. The American evangelical Church today has been flirting too much already with our current U.S. socialist/fascist policies, so it would not surprise me to see most of them easily convinced to vote for John McCain, even though his political philosophy is opposed by the Scriptures.

He is trying to gear up the GOP base for McCain is what he is doing. (adding his signature) Become a delegate. It won't matter how many primary votes Ron gets if he has no delegates!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree with LibertyOf One. Without delegates this message dies. Without Precinct Leaders, this message dies. Then the neo-Cons will say that his message is invalid, your liberty is invalid, and crushing debt it good. It won't matter in the conventions if there are no delegates for Dr Ron Paul Phd-MD. OH!? Is that all of his credentials?

Im not surprised since Hannity has been pushing Rudy since the start. Now that Rudy is out and backing McCain, that's what Hannity must do. He is just trying to soften up the conservatives that hate McCain to hold their nose and vote for him. It's all about the wars to the neo-cons. They dont care where a candidate stands on the rest of the issues as long as he will keep up the good fight for Israel.

If you read Hannity's forums last night then you know why he is doing this. Many people on the forums over there are livid, saying they won't vote for McCain, and would even vote third party. Some even said they would consider Ron Paul.

I think it's a lot of hot air, but make no mistake - there is an awful lot of animosity towards McCain. Hannity is doing what he thinks will prevent Hillary from taking the White House. But what I see is the conservative coalition crumbling to pieces - and I'm not shedding one tear.

McCain is already destroying whats left of the Republican party. He is not a Republican but a trojan horse War democrat. Hannity will say whatever they tell him to if he wants to survive, the only good talk show hosts are not syndicated because they actually have principals they stick by.
