In my city, absentee balotts made 20% of the vote. In every case they failed to even meet the average Ron Paul percentage. For instance, my city RP % was 6.19 but the absentee average was 3.68%. I checked through the data for the rest of the county. At every polling location, the absentee ballots are much less than the overall average.
This could just be the senior vote screwing us over. But I can't help wondering...who's counting these things anyway?
