View Full Version : If Giuliani is in tonight's debate, Ron needs to attack him relentlessly.

Ron needs to school Mr. 9/11 in political etiquette. If the mayor wants to take time away from viable candidates by his mere presence, he needs to be called out on it.

Attacking Giuliani at this point would serve no purpose.

I think it would be absurd if he drops out and still is in the debate.

Ron Paul's a uniter, not an attacker.

He should stick to his message of fiscal responsibility, limited government, and non-interventionist foreign policy.

No, if he shows up to the debate (why he would do that is beyond me) he should be COMPLETELY IGNORED. Ron needs to hit the others on economics, hard.

why will gili still be in the debate?

Milking 9/11 for one last hurrah and humping McCain's leg for a VP spot on national television?

If this was a FOX News debate, Rudy would be forced up to a podium and given 20 minutes of speaking time.

Why? he's out of the race.

He needs to attack McCain.

McCain.

Either way, i don't think we even can attack anymore. It'll just make RP look like he's bitching.

I think the attack phase is over.

McCain, McCain, McCain, McCain. He needs to go after McCain in a big way, and go after whoever is the delegate leader after Super Tuesday. We should be focused on taking out the "front-runner".

If Rudy asks for a podium, CNN may be inclined to give it to him.

Attacking McCain will only help Romney. If people are afraid of McCain, they'll vote for the guy most likely to defeat McCain, and that's Romney.

Ron Paul needs tell Republicans that McCain, Romney, and Huckabee are all the same. That shouldn't be too hard, considering their spending records. He needs to make himself the only alternative, by highlighting his consistent record of fiscal responsibility.

He can make it controversial, by saying something witty like, "If any of my opponents become President, you can look forward to paying half your salary for a government that won't even let you exercise your right to complain about it."
