I would like to see a patriot who is 9 months pregnant hang around Dr. Paul for a while and go into labor at a rally or something. Talk about some great publicity if Dr. Paul delivers a baby on TV!!!!

"OMG!!! She's having a baby!! Is there a doctor in the house?!?!?"

LOL. I don't think anyone would stick around that long. It's not like the baby just falls out after her water breaks. She'd have plenty of time to get to a hospital to deliver.

If anyone wants to do this before the election, get to work now.

If you really want him to deliver someone on the spot, this woman has to have already had like at least 5 kids. Most first timers take awhile.

I am sure that Ron Paul is an excellent doctor and wouldnt just hunker down on some coats to deliver her, if there was a chance of getting her somewhere safer. Im sure however that he might attend the birth in a hospital. Imagine the bad press if she were to have some lifethreatening problem?

A different question for any reading this thread..How many are planning on naming thier kid Ronald or Paul?

I'd love to have a daughter named Liberty, delivered by Dr. Paul.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. Due Sept 14th. It would be my first and perhaps I could go early... say Sept 4th? ;)

I registered to be a state delegate, but won't go to national simply because of timing. But, if Dr Paul agreed to deliver my baby you bet I'd haul ass to the convention!! :D

My wife is due in early March. We were told it is a girl, but if for some reason they were wrong, we are going with Paul.

Does anyone else think this idea is asinine or is it just me?

It would get major press coverage and women, esp. older women, would adore it. Think about that and some recent polls/voter turnout for a second...

I hope no one is actually planning this, so yeah, I think it's asinine. It's also humorous as hell. I've been getting a good chuckle out of it.

Best post ever.

sorta like Leslie Neilson in "Airplane" when the stewardess asks if anyone is a doctor and the one lady says " I think the man next to me is a doctor" and she looks over and asks him if he is a doctor...and he has his stethescope in his ears...."Yes....Yes I am a doctor".......

Sorry...LOVE that movie:D

Unless it was an emergency it would have to be in a state where he has a licence to practice medicine so probably Texas
