I know what you guys are going to say is NOOOO NEVER.

Hear it out first.
What if Hilary and the democrats pull stupidity and reject Obama from the ticket completely.

The GOP does it to Ron Paul as well, both parties have wiped out there best candidates, and really the best hope for change in America

Now the question is do you want to win? I mean really win?

Ron Paul and Obama could come together in the most dynamic third party power ticket ever.

Ron could say I will take the first 4 years because I am old and you can take over after that.

Some of you are going to say forget it never.

But if any independant ticket ever had a chance that would be the one.

Clinton / ? VP (Dems)
Vs
McCain / ? VP (GOP)
Vs
Paul / Obama VP (Independent)

If Ron doesn't win five states he has to go independant, he will have no choice.
If Obama is rejected he could get revenge on the democrats by doing this, he would certainly steal votes from the democrats in a big way.
Hilary would be so screwed if he did that.

I know this would never happen, but it's fun to think about.

I think we need a new subforum:

Listen, I'm glad that you joined the Ron Paul Revolution from the liberal end of the spectrum. It is a great thing.

But Ron Paul is not a socialist and will never support socialist policies.

WTF are you thinking?

Obama and Paul couldn't be more opposite.

I think they oppose each other on just about every issue!

Why would anti-establishment Paul want anything to do with status quo Obama (CFR)?

They are like polar opposites but I think Obama could become more constitutional.

But this is just fantasy, it will never happen.

although they have their differences i would DEFINITELY vote for an obama/paul (obama would have to be president and paul vp bc obama has more widespread support) over the dem or rep ticket. I would LOVE an obama/paul ticket bc our man paul would do most of the work!

If they both are able to compromise on some issues and are able to run together, they WILL win.

Possible. Once Ron Paul gets his CFR invitation. If Dr. Paul were to pick any of these clowns running currently, and those who dropped out, I wouldn't vote for him, for one reason, the 25th Amendment. I couldn't help to put him in that position.
