I really hope that group, above all others, gets rolling.

What a great statement for ron paul that would make...

No worry about the one member thing, it looks like that's the only meet up of any Presidential candidates.

is it a soldier?

Obviously a soldier. If his job is anything like mine, a meetup wouldn't work over there. If he's a POG, however, he sits in the Green Zone with computers and could easily get together some guys from different units.

I'm not planning a road trip there to attend that meeting.

Not necessarily a soldier, there are a ton of US contractors in the Baghdad area.

I just sent Ron Paul Guy, the organizer, a message offering whatever support me and my local meetups are able to give.

I also asked him for a picture of a Bradley with a Ron Paul bumper sticker. I even offered to send him one. I'l let you know if he replies.

I think we should donate whatever they need or want for their meetup.. These guys and gals are giving more to our country than we do already!

I said it before but it bears repeating. Some subversive photos of an M1 tank with an "I Brake for Ron Paul" or somesuch painted on it would be pure win. I wonder if any enterprising tank drivers are reading this forum. They could make a big difference for our guy with a guerilla paint job and a camera.

man you got my hopes up:mad:

I mean, that would be super cool to see an actual military tank with Ron Paul sticker. Even the suicide bombers will be too distracted with thoughts on who is Ron Paul and decide not to blow themselves up.:D
