Fimserve.com serves up a majority of the ads on Myspace.com along with googlesyndication.com. I will leave it up to you if you want to filter googlesyndication.com as google has been good to Ron Paul.

doubleclick.net seems to serve the majority of the ads at mtv.com
ads.belointeractive.com - serves ads for AP.ORG

Some of you already filter out ads. I do it at my router level.

Windows
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Mac: From terminal

sudo pico /etc/hosts

Linux: Probably don't have to tell linux users but...

vi /etc/hosts

Ad this to your host file.

127.0.0.1 *.fimserve.com
127.0.0.1 *.doubleclick.net
127.0.0.1 ads.belointeractive.com

Contact doubleclick.net and fimserve.com and let them know what you are doing.

If you are going to have a MySpace boycott. You need to do it all in one day. Have everyone drop their accounts at the same time.
