Concerned about voting

Hi guys, i'm voting for Paul in the February 5th New Jersey primary and 16 counties in NJ have electronic voting. I was just curious if it is my right to demand a paper ballot at the polling station if that is the case?

if your state has an electronic voting machine there is no way to let you to choose ballot you have to do electronic voting machine
