A bunch of people in the forum have been asking about purchasing Inbound / Outbound calling software to further help the campaign. Here are three pieces of software that might be of interest:
Inbound
Call Butler - http://www.callbutler.com/About/Features.aspx
This is for incoming calls. Works just like the VRUs that we all love (you know.... press 1 if you would like English). It does call forwarding, hold music, mulitple mialboxes.... the works! Not to mention that it's only $350.
Outbound
NCH - http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/outbound.html
This company make two products: outbound calling software where you have the other party listen to a recorded message and the other where once the party answers the phone, they will speak to a live person. Both pieces of software are under $250 each.
All software mentioned above works on Windows computers. Hopefully this helps some people out there.
