There's still 4 days left for Maine and that's not a lot, but I think you can still hold caucus speech contests, if you hold the contest on February 1.
If you don't know what that is; it's the thing which really won Jefferson County in Iowa. In the week before the caucus RP-supporters made a contest of making the best speech. They picked two people and these speeches were so good that it earned a large portion of the RP-votes in Jefferson County.
