because as you can see it was for a gift to them on their anneversary. A non campaign related donation.

Yes they understand they say so in the email that is posted on the site. They also say that it is "As of now" a violation.

Blame the FEC. Try to obtain and send the documentation. Set up as a PAC....etc.
