There are 110k + ron paul videos on youtube and with that many videos comes tens of thousands of people watching them. We need to attract those people who are watching these videos with some great comments on the ron paul videos.

So here is what is needed

1. People who will comment on ONLY ron paul videos
2. People who will create a few copy/paste myspace comments that people can use.

Here is the way I am adding it up,

We have 110k videos that we can post comments on or more and I am not sure how many comments a person can make in any given day but if it is possible (and please those who know youtube in and out post in here) have each person who is WILLING to participate post a comment on AT LEAST 100 ron paul videos.

You might ask, "is this spam?"
my answer "no"

they are all of our videos anyways and odds are our supporters watching them PLUS BRAND NEW POSSIBLE DONATORS as well.

So here is the list below. If you want to jump on the list you need to be able to and actually leave 100 comments MINIMUM before February 1st. I will assume that can be around 30 or so comments a day. If you want to help them post in this thread telling me and I will add your name to the list..... come on people lets make a real effort on this one.

youtube comments to copy/paste (please post new ones to be added to the list below as well)

NOTE - Before submitting a comment for inclusion TEST IT on a youtube video to make sure it gets posted, if it doesn't post correctly then something is "flagged" that needs to be edited or changed!!!!!!!

I have posted AT LEAST 100 comments and counting, wonder how many people will see my comments? 10, 100, 1k, 10k who knows but it will reach a vast crowd I know that.

Now imagine if we had 10 people who signed up to help me with this effort.

1k comments MINIMUM on ron paul youtube videos. Picture all of those brand new possible donators wanting to listen to ron paul on youtube then getting excited and wanting to help. They scroll down and see something like this.

Do you think youtube comments work? you bet they do and that was proven on the dec. 16th money bomb.

So the question is "are you going to help fight or give up?" The tools are in place, the ideas are here. All we need is supporters willing to put out the effort to get this done.

You'd be better off canvassing.

This idea is good, everybody can have a notepad file on their desktop, just open it to copy and paste one of a selection of generic comments.

Such as.

RON PAUL 4 THE CONSTITUTION --- END
THE WARS --- END THE SPYING --- TAX
PAYER'S BEST FRIEND + MOST MILITARY
DONORS --- OBAMA VOTED FOR IRAQ
FUNDING AND PATRIOT ACT

But you need to post these on Obama vids, NOT RON PAUL videos.

The point is to tell supporters about Friday's money bomb. Not convert anybody.

I'm in. I was planning on doing this all night tonight anyway. However, instead of directing them to Ron Paul's site I was going to direct them to www.fiftyoneyears.com for more information and for the pledge.

Just something simple so they can read it quick...

Ron Paul Money Bomb this Friday, February 1st!

For information, see: fiftyoneyears(.)com

that to me would be spam, not our videos...

want to find those INTERESTED in Ron Paul.....

Canvassing for the money bomb? not really going to work. If you mean in general for supporters of course canvassing would work but not really the point of this thread or topic.

You'd be better off canvassing.

BUMP - Anyone bored? then do the following

1. go to youtube.com
2. copy one of the copy/paste messages in the FIRST post of this thread
3. search for "ron paul"
4. post that copy/paste comment on as many ron paul videos that you can find
4. rinse and repeat.

I just hit 101 videos with:

Ron Paul Money Bomb this Friday, February 1st!

For more information, see: fiftyoneyears(.)com

There are a ton of people on youtube doing the same thing. And there appears to be people out marking the comments as spam left and right.

Edit: I only did it for Ron Paul videos of course.

newyearsrevolution08

dont worry about the spam stuff, they are just trying to get the message off of the place that really works. I love it that people spend their time trying to get rid of our comments instead of supporting their candidate lol.

If the account gets canned make another one, the videos are OURS and from that cannot be spam. I know no one who posts ron paul videos would mark them as spam so lets keep at it.

I created a video for the Ron Paul Gold Rush (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK1iVZwpxdg). Not sure if it would help at all.

Uh I allready have filled 6 accounts full with 500 favorites each for Ron Paul as well as commented and rated each, and that is not with any bot OR with using any pre-prepared comments. We dont need negative press coming from spamming pre-created comments on videos. I like the idea of the effect of this but I dont think the idea being found is so great.

newyearsrevolution08
01-30-2008, 12:15 PM
already been done since the first one, no real secret sirachman......

this simply gets people to actively do it since we only have a few days to get the word out. Sometimes you have to make things work, just like my thread on getting meetups to PUT the feb 1st money bomb on the calendar and then posting them so we know who is WITH us or not.

I do understand your reasoning and many would use their own comments I just tossed those on their for the ones that I hope are just lazy but still helping and toss a few comments here and there.

That is also the point of me not putting the youtube usernames and by all means change up the comments to reflect something besides my "example" ones....

keep up the effort whether you are on the list or not......

we only have days....

done and now who else wants to help out? 1 comment on a video could be seen by potentially thousands by feb 1st now just imagine if we have 1-2 comments on 1k ron paul videos? they cant flag them all as spam especially with different comments, posts and quite frankly none of their business to flag OUR VIDEOS and OUR COMMENTS with spam flags. I wonder if there is a way to remove the "spam" flags, if there is then we need to unflag em so they can be seen again. Anyone know about this????

Yeah count me in with the psuedo-spamming.

For those who are unaware, Michael Minns (http://www.montrosepress.com/articles/2007/12/29/news/doc4775c5d33b9e9073750758.txt), a noted tax attorney, battler of the IRS, and author, wrote 2 books on the IRS which feature a great forward and endorsement by Ron Paul. Michael Minns is noted for being one of the few attorneys to win for citizens against the IRS and their goon lawyers. We have posted some videos and will continue to, on Youtube recently. Anyone can find these find videos via the keywords: "Michael Minns" most readily, among others less readily. Please come by and give a comment and 5-star rating! We already have been commenting on and rating (5-star) Ron Paul videos in kind. because we naturally already agree with what Ron says about the IRS, which Minns has also been saying. Ron and Mike agree on the IRS and we would like your support in trying to raise awareness about the books Mike put out and the videos on youtube as a springboard for that.

Hey guys, just want to note here that Ron Paul supporter and co-author, Michael Louis Minns (http://www.montrosepress.com/articles/2007/12/29/news/doc4775c5d33b9e9073750758.txt), has been fighting IRS and tax code injustices on behalf of the little guy for decades now. Minns debated Sheldon Cohen, former IRS (http://youtube.com/watch?v=fIjcpitNd_4&feature=related) Commissioner and since then a paid IRS spokesman who has also debated with Aaron Russo and other leaders of the IRS reform movement. See the videos on Michael Minns (http://youtube.com/watch?v=fIjcpitNd_4&feature=related) interview/debate with the IRS on youtube.

Michael Minns defended the Morans (http://www.montrosepress.com/articles/2007/12/29/news/doc4775c5d33b9e9073750758.txt) in the IRS v. Morans (http://www.montrosepress.com/articles/2007/12/29/news/doc4775c5d33b9e9073750758.txt) tax trial and proved them innocent. The IRS smeared them in the local media in and around their own hometown of Montrose (http://www.montrosepress.com/articles/2007/12/29/news/doc4775c5d33b9e9073750758.txt), Colorado. When they were vindicated of ALL 30-something charges, the IRS would not even acknowledge publically that they had made a mistake. The Morans continue to be affected by the media smear campaign to this day. Michael Minns has demanded that the IRS apologize to these people they have ravaged in their PR campaign to support the idea of fearing the IRS.
