I'm trying so so so so so so so so so hard to listen in on the State of The Union Address. I can't take this anymore, haha. It's all lies and people actually believe this stuff? Look at all those corrupt people sitting all around Bush. These people are the reason America will fall. Take a look at the hundreds around him, they are all a part of the problem. Ron Paul we need you more than ever!!!!!!! RON PAUL!

Someone save me from these lies! I need to go read a book about truth. Maybe I should re-read Road to Serfdom by Hayek, he connects with me all the time :)

What if somehow an electrical wire faulted and the whole building burnt down in a matter of seconds? How much better would our country be without ALL of those people in that room LOL

why is there a little over 2K for the next money bomb?

Our freedom could be slipping thru our hands, and we are getting complacent.

I didn't last 5 minutes. The first applause and I had to get out. Just call me wuss, I couldn't take it any longer.

How can you listen to a full hours or so of complete lies and BS. And worse 5 minutes of standing ovation for the biggest lies.

Hmmm a North American Summit. I wonder if this is a stepping stone to something greater.

Yeah, I bailed after the "we're here to serve the people's will" and "collective" bits. Um, the people and the collective want out of Iraq...liars. All of them (except a very few notables ;) ). They make me ill.

The Bush LEGACY: Preemptive War, Patriot Act, Suspension of Habeas Corpus, Military Commissions Act, No Child left Behind, Homeland Security (SS) Department, More regulation of the health care industry, over 5000 troops killed in two middle eastern countries, warantless wiretaps, no enforcement against the invasion of our souther border, no control over entitlements, and contributing $6 Trillion dollars to the national debt.

One of the worst Presidents in HISTORY. Absolutely ZERO respect for The Constitution of the United States.

benefits, benefits, and more benefits.....war, war and more war.....entitlements, entitlements, and more entitlements

I'm afraid it's going to take a severe market crash and massive protests before Washington starts listening to the people. Americans will have to lose much of their hard earned 401k assets and other retirement investments before they start embracing the truth. I'm losing hope for America. Ron Paul and this campaign is all we got!

I was watching Futurama and switched over to one of the news networks at a commercial break. Bush mentioned something about upholding the Constitution. I turned the TV off and got a drink.

State of the union should be held in a large venue with tickets on sale to the general public, then instead of cheers from his cronies we could hear jeers and boo's from real disheartened Americans.

Exactly, makes me sick seeing all of those smiles and hearing all those cheers. At this point in the US, there's hardly much to cheer and smile about.

Representives my ass.

I always watch these things, but tonight I bailed after about one minute and am listening to RPR Radio. :) I am tired of listening to lies and I have no patience for them. I HATE a lie.

I've always thought it would be "interesting" if somebody managed to sneak a suitcase bomb in during the state of the union, with all of those crooks in one place.

not that I would ever advocate such a thing, just it would be "interesting"

Was Ron there?
