Al Jazeera English (http://english.aljazeera.net/English) US Election Coverage - Jan 27th 2008

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_DRm7dgqR4w

Here is what I saw broadcast just today on Al Jazeera English. I can understand why the US media would want to censor Dr Paul, but I would have thought his message would bring a breath of fresh air to middle eastern politics. No?

Contact them and spread the message

Or maybe just the fact that Paul has not won a state yet nor got over 13%

Is the fact they don't ever mention Alan Keyes because there is a MSM conspiracy about him as well?

Sorry to sound depressive but you have to understand that the USA primaries is not so much of a bigger deal in other countries as Americans think- so the media outlets just give an outline of the election.

We need to spend our time more effectively on here.

Sign up to become a precinct leader and sign up for the Feb. 1st money bomb and send everyone you know an email! Do it!

I half agree. Another cookie-cutter GOP candidate at 1% does not matter but RP has maverick issues and gets up to 2nd-place/14% so RP is more noteworthy (more like Ross Perot in impact).

They showed Rudy G. We beat him in almost every state.

Hate to break this, but Rudy led the national polls for several months, and was the favourite for even longer. He's also world famous.

Much less depressing than corruption.

If this is the case, they simply need educated. Everyone should drop them an friendly email, then we'll find out what is true.

They've run a couple decent articles on their site reflecting quite well on Ron Paul, I noticed one of them a few weeks ago which was on the main page of their 08 Election section, even had a picture of Ron Paul! But I don't doubt it's MSM business as usual in their broadcasts.

Did they cover that Arab newspaper endorsement or the grassroots RP Arabic-language ad?
