Need a good quality flyer, please.

I need a good flyer I can print up to put around my Precinct. I've contacted voters, I need to start putting up flyers, and I don't have the technological skill to make good flyers.

So if you know any good ones, I'd like to see it :D

I downloaded that page above, but it says NOT to use with other literature. I am confused. I have the slimjims and other handouts to drop off and i feel this might be a bad move to let go of all that, and just use this flyer.

Is there a good reaosn for this or ? let me know.
