Donating the Economic Stimulus Refund

I know that the whole "money bomb" thing is really getting old, but if there's going to be another one we should donate our $600 that we're supposed to get back from the Federal Gov. to stimulate the economy. That is something that everyone can afford to do. It would have to be given in advance since we won't be getting any refund anytime soon, but it will ultimately be no out-of-pocket expense and somewhat ironic should it prove to push Ron Paul into the front-runner position. If we got 20,000 people to pledge that would translate into at least $12,000,000.

Any ideas or suggestions? Can someone more capable than me spearhead this?
