I will test is but just by looking at it I dont see any repost bulletin code in it... could just be my eyes...

EDITED: nope not just my eyes..... does anyone know how to add the "repost bulletin" code so we can get these bulletins to spread virally? I know there was a way to do this so there is just a button in the bulletin people can click and it prefills a bulletin for them and they just submit it. How it is now, noone can send it to their friends as there is no "copy/paste" box or "repost bulletin" option....

Yes--I would change that to something that generically conveys urgency without a specific number of days. Very important. Especially once someone fixes this and puts a "Repost Bulletin" feature in it.

This is my updated version of the MySpace bulletin.
I was working on my own before I seen the other one, so I shamelessly took what I liked and added it to my own.

This one includes the video as an embed and is less cluttered.

Ok - I've changed the message I've been using on myspace to say "This Friday" instead of five or four days, as well as the "How to repost as a bulletin"... btw, the little bit of html referencing "TeaParty07" is just a reference to a dummy image - myspace seems to strip out the first image when sending, so I gave it some code to eat and leave the rest alone.

Also, if any one else wants to help mass message MySpace users, PM me your email and how many IDs you'd like to attempt, and I'll send you the IDs and the above message to use with the Friendblaster Pro program if you have Windows. You have to sit there and type in the CAPTCHA text for each message you send.

You'll need to have multiple MySpace addresses, as the FriendBlasterPro eval limits you to 50 messages per myspace account per day.

I know people will click a repost button, not sure if they will copy/paste the subject and message. Hmmmn not really sure why the repost button is that hard to do. Does anyone see a repost bulletin button in any bulletins you have gotten? maybe we can pull the code that way. Does myspace still allow this? maybe that is the problem.

We need to get ahold of the pagemaster for Ron Paul's myspace and ask him to send ONE bulletin out NOW about the money bomb (we can give him the html (BUT IT WOULD BE REALLY GREAT IF WE COULD GET THE 'REPOST BULLETIN' CODE IN THERE FIRST)) and ONE bulletin on the day of.

Also, we should ask him to put the banner and the video on Ron Paul's myspace page.

I am hoping someone does figure out how to get that damn repost bulletin code in a bulletin with the code so I can send it out. I have 12k friends that have only God knows how many more friends as well. It needs to be done correctly for it to spread virally.

Edit, wait .... just forgot

this is grassroots, we cant have them organized WITH the main campaign officially. So that actually will not work......

so we need others with large friend lists to send this out.

UPDATE: I've cracked 500. As an aside; is anyone else here (aside from Kacela and myself) sending out messages? If not, we could use some extra help. This (and contacting the meetup groups to see if they've got Feb 1st listed on their schedules as an EVENT) is far more important than what's going on in Florida right now.
I'm at 700 myself. We could use some help, people... MySpace promotion has proven to be the singular most important way a MoneyBomb is successful or not - based on what we've been able to do so far, I doubt we'll bring in even $1 million...

MySpace promotion is THAT important...

Here's what I wrote to my universities ron paul facebook group:

Today, February 1st, we are celebrating the 51st Wedding Anniversary of Dr. Ron and Carol Paul. There is a massive donation drive happening within the Grassroots just in time for Super Tuesday.

I understand, we as college students are usually strapped for extra cash, but the campaign will use every dollar you can spare. Many, including myself, are donating $51 in celebration of their 51st, but $5, $10, or $20 will do.

Thanks to all of you who supported Dr. Paul in the Iowa caucus, but we must do what we can to help the rest of the country make the right decision. Our message of Freedom and Liberty is all to important to let go.

We have already raised over $110,000 in the first three hours today and are halfway to the goal of $8.4 million by Super Tuesday. Help us spread word by donating today.
