What about Putting an AD in a HOMESCHOOLING Magazine??

There are couple national magazines subsciptions, maybe we can put RP ad in those?
OR what about pay per click ads on Homeschooling sites, etc?

That looks like too late. Reserving a spot now would mean it would be in the May issue.
