Mike Huckabee on Easter Egg Hunt, Ron Paul poised to surge in FL

Written by Stu Norman Saturday, 26 January 2008

Anyone that votes for Mike Huckabee in the Florida Republican Primary on Tuesday, January 29th, 2008 needs to have their head examined after the former Governor of Arkansas compared the search for Weapons of Mass Destruction to going on an Easter Egg Hunt.................“Now everybody can look back and say, 'Oh, well, we didn't find the weapons.' Doesn't mean they weren't there. Just because you didn't find every Easter egg didn't mean that it wasn't planted," stated Mike Huckabee in Thursday night’s Republican Debate on the eve of the Florida Primary.

.....continued..... DIGG WAY UP WHILE THERE! :D

Also he said that he thinks the WMD went to Jordan. Jordan huh. Sounds like he got the same schooling as Bush has.

I'm not sure of what to make of that article. I mean, ya it is capitalizing upon a gaffe of Huckabee's. It also, does contrast RP from the rest of the field, but, overall I'm not sure what to think of the article.

Personally, think pretty well done. Besides Huffington Post, haven't seen anyone else comment on this. I've been bombing Drudge with it all night hoping they'll bite but who knows.

The Republican Party needs to wake up and realize that the real change agent in their party is anti-war, limited government and fiscally conservative Ron Paul, not Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee.

QFT! Thanks for posting the link.

It's really quite tragic. The powers that be are determined war will not be an issue in this campaign. I'm praying and doing everything possible to prove them wrong!

Using his analogy:

What kind of retard can't find even ONE of the easter eggs?

I have trouble with those easter eggs in the Bible too. Huck is caught up in purpose driven cult as is most of US 'churchianity'

the easter egg reference was another attempt by huck to make religion an issue in the race. he's trying to reinforce the perception that he is the best christian in the race, so his numbers will go up with evangelicals. the floating cross, easter egg hunt, what's next??

Gulianni is 4-1 and Paul is 25-1.

Paul is likely to stay in for the long haul....Gulianni is likely to drop out if he doesn't do great in Florida.

Poor estimations

So Huck justifies the Iraq war because there may have been WMD's?

Under that logic, you could say anything and have it be true...

I have one... Huck is actually a woman. Just because you havent found a vagina on him doesnt mean that we wont find it one day, or it used to be there and he just moved it to another place... therefore, Huck is a woman.
