I was very seriously thinking of supporting Obama when I first heard about him.

But the more I looked into his record and affiliations, the more apparent it became that he was no different from any of the others.

He actually went from a position of not supporting the war... saying that there was no proof of WMDs and no cause.. to supporting the war.. once it was proven that there were indeed no WMDs and Iraq was no threat.

Same with the Patriot Act. He originally said he was against the Patriot Act... then voted to reauthorize it.

So he's certainly all about "Change" just not in the right direction.

Also, one of his advisor's is Zbigniew Brzezinski, co-founder of Trilateral Commission with David Rockefellar, and is a CFR member, and was the National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter, and worked for Reagan and GBushI also. Granted, this might not mean much to others who do not understand the significance of the CFR, TLC influence on our government, but suffice it to say, he wrote "The Grand Chessboard, which paints the exact picture unfolding in the Middle East right now, but was written at end of the 90's."
