Need some sources on foreign aid

Anybody have a good link on Ron Paul's source on foreign aid to Israel vs. Arab nations unfriendly to Israel? Google alone doesn't seem to provide me with just the right page.

(In a discussion with a friend of mine who believes that Israel would be in danger if all aid to the Middle East were withdrawn)

Just the standard response that Israel needs military support because it's surrounded by it's enemies etc. That's why I need a good source to show that Arab nations receive more from the US than Israel does.

It is reported that israel has one of the largest Air Forces and one of the strongest Armies in the world.

They even possess nuclear weapons.

So which of their "enemy" nations is israel afraid of?
