So I hear that our National Campaign is running commercials, but I've never seen one anywhere on television, at any time.

Is there a database somewhere so we can see what we're paying for?

That is something that we'll probably never know. Headquarters I hope, has that information, but as far as keeping it organized and being able to tell you when and where, I have serious doubts that they'd be able to give that info.
