to the OP did you read the article or just the title. While it may be illegal, why have people who aren't in the race on the ballot. Why give people the opportunity to vote for people that are no longer running?

it's not terribly offensive to me to have them on the ballot, but people who drop out typically are left on the ballot. that's just how it goes, and it's obvious that giuliani would want thomson OFF of the ballot so he can snag some more votes.

I would not disagree if they had tried to do it legally.

It is the corrupt manner in which they attempted to pull it off.

How many more things will be attempted, in secret, before the elections are over?

I would almost bet some will be against Dr. Paul. It is a shame .
