I am going to Ozzfest in Mansfield, Ma to distribute fliers (postcards) on August 20th.
I need $175 more in donations through paypal. My email is interleave1@earthlink.net for paypal donations. I am also in contact with a couple of different meetups to get people out to spam the cars. Please donate. Help make this happen. We could easily reach 30,000 people with our message and help it spread that much faster in the Northeast.
As of 6:00 p.m. I have $175 towards this project. Keep it going, folks! $125 (plus shipping) to go.

Would help but I just set up my own fund for my group. We have raised $250 this afternoon for 18" x 24" signs.
Our goal is $800. If anyone wishes to buy yard/rally/telepoll signs for Alabama then donate through paypal @

I can't...I'm flat broke.
I won't have any money really until the 15th.
But those are really good fliers. Warm their hearts with the weed message. :D

Ya - it's the Tweeter Center now.
Do you still live near here? I'm looking for volunteers to distribute. PM me if you're interested.

I just got off the phone with the printer. I have half the money I need for an order of 10,000 postcard size (4x6) fliers (not including shipping). Shipping is about $25 per box of 5000. I would really love to get 10,000 for distribution. I'm halfway there. Here's the link to the printer: http://www.clubflyers.com/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=97&osCsid=1c4d06bbe939cc1d70a79979fc6358eb
Come on folks, help get this done. Paypal id is interleave1@earthlink.net

Come on folks, let's keep it going.
When's the deadline to pony up the money early enough for the printer to get them to you in time? Have they told you how long it'll take?

If I get the order in by Monday I can have it at the end of the week or the beginning of the following week (depending on ship time, which is JUST IN TIME).

What type of commitments do you have to help distribute the flyers? Do you have any other dedicated supporters enlisted and ready to go yet?

Right now it is just I, and one other person. I haven't received any firm commitments on this from anyone else. That is the next part of the project which I'll be working on now.
Amazingly enough, a group in Hawaii wants 10,000 of these very same fliers so I'm waiting for them to get back to me with the cash so I can add them to the order.
As for where this stands now - I have exactly $300 in my paypal account which will cover the cost of printing for 10,000 of the postcards. I need another $50 for shipping. I'm hoping someone else can kick in because I'm pretty broke but I'll cover it if no one else donates.
I just sent an additional $25 your way. I'm surprised more people didn't help with the cause (thank you to those who did!), regardless of the "theme" of this particular card's message.
I would do more but I'm also donating what I can to RP's official campaign.
$25 still needed to help with shipping.

I donated $25 yesterday just because it sounds like he's willing to work hard and take the initiative. We need more people like that, and less crybabies whining on the forum about biased polling.

I want to thank everyone who donated. I ended up only having to take $50 out of my own pocket, which is good because I really couldn't do this on my own. I now have six people (including myself) who are willing to go out and Ron Paulize Ozzfest!
:-)
If anyone else lives in the area (Mansfield MA. is where the concert is being held), send me a pm or email me at interleave1@earthlink.net and I'll add you to the list of volunteers. Remember, there are over 20,000 people there - most between 18 and say 40 years of age with the run being on the lower end. I *think* ten thousand postcards will be enough to get every car in the parking lots plus we can work the crowd as they are entering ozzfest. :-)

Screw the polls. When those who are not getting polled show up in force, it is going to send an earthquake through the establishment.
I love this flyer and its perfect for the crowd, Im sorry i can't throw anything your way right now.. I am so so so so broke with this iowa trip but i do support the flyer!
