Question: With Democrats against tax cuts, and Republicans limiting and reforming welfare in the '90's, do you think that borrowing $145B from China and simply giving it away to Americans in the form of a "tax rebate" isn't the same as a tax cut or welfare, and subsequently, won't this hurt the economy in the long-term rather than help?
