Don't spam the Joliet IL meetup. I've already told my members several times and am a PL myself. So you can save yourself some time by skipping that one. I already get gobs of email about all sorts of things, don't need this one.

Yes. Everyone can download list of republicans in their precint and deliver a flyer to their doors as a bare minimum.

I and other MeetUp organizers in Western Missouri have repeatedly promoted both the PL program and becoming delegates to our members. Some have stepped up, many have not. Don't really know what to think about that.

I 've got blogs and Emails going out all over the place. I'm doing the best I can to cover what I'm working on. I've even blogged on My space and I never really even go on there. Hit just about every meet up in my state. I've Called people on volunteer lists from my local area. So some of us are doing alot to get this out.

Hopefully the will be putting out the video soon to help explain what it entails. Lots of people confuse it with delegate or precinct captain for GOP. But it is only volunteering and ding what you can. But some youtube people could get out some more videos about it.HQ is even asked for people to make videos and send them in so they can show the different ways thatt this can be done.

Hate to say it but "they" might be right when they say Ron Paul supporters are enthusiastic, but will not be at the polls when it counts.

Upon visiting supposed Ron Paul supporters while petitioning, over half of the people are either not registered or did not change party affiliation.

We should have way more precinct leaders.

It's time to step up. You can't fight for freedom at your keyboard.

I will be attending a meet-up this weekend where I will at least become a precinct leader, if not a delegate in MD. It just depends who's going to do what.

Unfortunately, I'm relatively new to the area here so I don't have many others to rope in.

A lot of people just join the Meetup to feel part of the movement... just like a fair amount of people just post in this forum to feel cool.

In West Michigan we had about 250 in the Meetup, best turnout we ever had was maybe 40? It is pretty sad, the same core people always do the work. Oh well, not everybody is hardcore... we do need people that just get out and vote to.
