Media Advisory: Congressman Ron Paul to Visit Maine Monday, January 28

PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fresh from his strong showings in the Nevada and Louisiana Caucuses, Presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul is flying to Maine. Dr. Paul will spend the day Monday, January 28, meeting with supporters and the media prior to the Maine Caucuses, which are scheduled to take place February 1-3.

The ten-term Texas Congressman will be meeting with news media throughout the day. He will also be rallying his supporters to volunteer during the next week and to participate in the upcoming caucus. (Feb. 1-3)

From 8:00am-8:45am, Dr. Paul will be available to speak with and take questions from the local media at his Portland campaign headquarters, located at 437 Congress Street, across from monument square and between the Library and Town Hall.

At 9:30am, Dr. Paul will be speaking to students and community members at the University of Southern Maine in Portland. The talk will be presented in the Hannaford Lecture Hall at the Abromson Community Education Center. The Center is located at 88 Bedford Street, on the USM campus in Portland. Parking is available at a garage connected to the building.

At 11:30am, Congressman Paul will be holding a press conference at the Hall of Flags in the Maine State House in Augusta, at 210 State Street.
