Yeah, they did, just goes to show you how deep the brainwashing goes. I sent a thread to an ex-business partner who has a high IQ, but is a neocon, and honestly he didn't get the satire. It took me a good 6 months feeding him a steady diet of facts, logic, and Ron Paul to get him to see the light. People can be turned, it just takes a hell of a lot of time. :D

The best thread was the story about the 'astro-turfing' article that was sent to that Australian paper owned by Fox and was printed. Remember that? I SO got suckered in to that story when I read about it on Alex Jones (ok, shutup already) website, sent it all over to my meetup and friends and then saw on that damn Thompson site that it was all BS. I have never laughed so hard during this whole experience as I did then.

And then a bunch of people were emailing that poor professor that was 'quoted' in the article and he had nothing to do with it... OMG that was funny!
