I have been posting all morning on ABC, CBS, CNN, and yes Faux News. I have seen people ask questions about RP. I direct them to RONPAUL2008.com to read it for themselves. Other supporters have been good at giving the platform without insulting others.

I have seen return posts thanking for the information and then 30-60 minutes later - reposting that they like what hear and read.

Here's one exchange for an example: the OP had asked for more info on RP on ABC forum.

Can anyone please tell me more about ron Paul?? I have seen many comments about him on this discussion board . I did not watch those debates on TV. All i want to know are his economic plans ,how he is going to deal with the war, economic ,employeement, and illegal immigrants problems ??By the way, I dont against legal immigrantsbut the illegal ones.

Gee didn't Ron Paul bring that up last summer??? We won the war in Iraq, Saddam is out of power.. now an occupation?? as some would say for 100 years?? Our bridges here in the US are falling down, no money to fix but we expect our great-great grandchildren are going to pay for the mess in Iraq??? Something is wrong. There is a BIG difference between a strong national DEFENSE and strong OFFENSE. "The UNITED STATES should NEVER start a war." RP

allamericanliberty 11:34 Ron Paul beleives in the economic and political principals this nation was founded on. Economically, he beleives in the time proven methods of free market and lower taxes, with less government [interferance]. Ron Paul beleives in using our money on the homefront and not [wasting] it by butting in on another countries problems. Leave them alone and they'll leave us alone, but if they dont, they'll be sorry! By lowering taxes and cracking down on illigal immigration, Ron Paul will create new jobs and more prosperity in America. If his plan is followed, getting and keeping a good job will come down to what it always should have been-a willingness to work. The American dream can return with the help of Ron Paul if the American people can stand together and defeat the bias media and political power hunger on election day.... Whoever you vote for, get out and vote! Let the voice of the American people be heard!-God bless America!Thank you. Now i think i finally have some ideas about him. I cant wait until the election day to support his believes

Time 11:23 to 12:26 An hour to get one to admit a change - who knows if we reached others

The whole point is.. this is a good place to get the message out

IF IT IS DONE RIGHT

Don't slam the boards bashing everyone. Present the information and let them decide for themselves - it seems to be working.....

Not trying to blow my own horn - just wanting people to see positive results - every vote counts 1 by 1

On Iraq: I've found this to be useful to show people that Iraq is not really going as well as the lack of medai coverage portrays.

We are paying Sunnis (Al-Qaeda) for their loyalty.

Tribal sheiks offer Iraq peace for a price - The Boston Globe (http://www.boston.com/news/world/articles/2008/01/12/iraqs_tribal_sheiks_offer_peace_for_a_price/)

US officials tout the fact that the program, credited for a dramatic drop in violence, pays formerly unemployed tribal fighters a monthly salary of about $300 to secure their areas against Islamic militants. But US military leaders in Iraq also acknowledged in interviews that it is the sheik who commands the fighters who initially receives the money, which can add up to $60,000 a month and $720,000 per year for a sheik with 200 fighters.

If we are really winning, why do we need 6 more months, again, to realize it?

Think Progress » Petraeus: I Need Another Six Months To Determine Whether ‘We’ve Reached A Turning Point’ (http://thinkprogress.org/2008/01/22/petraeus-six-months/)

January 22, 2008

We think we won’t know that we’ve reached a turning point until we’re six months past it. We have repeatedly said that there is no lights at the end of the tunnel that we’re seeing. We’re certainly not dancing in the end zone or anything like that.

We're going to allow Iraq to dictate US troop involvement. Talk about losing our sovereignty.

Iraq seeks sharply reduced U.S. military role - Conflict in Iraq - MSNBC.com (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22825800/)

But a senior member of the Iraqi negotiating team, which has been almost completely appointed, said they would seek to have U.S. troops — who for five years have conducted aggressive combat missions across the country against al-Qaida and other radical Muslim militias — largely confined to their bases.

This is an important issue considering all but one GOP candidate wants to keep us in Iraq for a long time. If this agreement goes through and the Iraqis get their way, our troops will be there doing nothing. Why? Bring them home.

Great Job!!!

The http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/ is such a great way to let people learn on their own. when someone feels pushed they resists so directing them in the right direction is great. The issues page is amazing. If any of you haven't looked at it lately check it out. The video clips are perfect.
