People are looking at him as an isolationist or at lest a de-facto isolationist. And the confusion is not totally unwarranted. The Official Campaign needs to put out a Foreign Policy Plan just like they did with the Economic Policy. Millions of people have already visited his website and they didn't get much solid proposals out of his website, just statements of position and philosophy. It works for many of us but not for the majority of the populace that's out there looking for real straight-forward and logical solutions. Statements of position and philosophy are nice but they are not straight forward.
