Unbelievable! Announcing that Ron Paul won the text poll last night (42% to Romney's 40%), this morning MSNBC is asking you to verify the poll by texting in who you believe won the poll... These people are SO slick...

Use your mobile phone to text 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 to 622639

1 Giuliani
2 Huckabee
3 McCain
4 Paul
5 Romney

I just heard them update results and it didn't sound like they were re-doing it. They said over 20000 votes with Ron Paul getting 44%

It's not a do-over they're just continuing the same poll. Thus, Paul is picking up steam and has widened his lead from 44 to 38.

That means anyone who missed it last night can do it RIGHT NOW.

Just saw it again on MSNBC:

"And Ron Paul won! <10 second shot of Ron Paul> His campaign is really picking up steam; he's leading Mitt Romney 44% to 40%!" (paraphrased, but essentially accurate)

Kind of exciting, no?

LOL: I like how a message gets posted to RPFourms; and 10 minutes later we have about 2000 more votes than we did previously.

You guys Kick Major Butt!

Fix the title, it's misleading. Say it's not a "do-over" but a continuation. Otherwise you have people voting twice and they'll think we spammed it.

I hope by sending it again you don't cancel out your first one, who knows what they could pull.

I would suggest NOT sending another text if you've already voted.

It said the poll would be open until 5PM today right? so it is not a do-over. :)

DO NOT DOUBLE VOTE, if you voted last night do NOT vote again!

Wrong - they want to verify the vote -

so instead of a 42%-40% Ron Paul win over Willard Mitt , as MSNBC reported this morning -

we should get over 51 % this go.

EVERYbuddy do it !

Guys, I posted this because I got the info from my MeetUp Group Leader. I'm ashamed to admit that I have no idea how to text a number from my Blackberry. I've only mastered texting to people already in my address book. Help this non-geek vote, okay?
