A possible new celebrity supporter? So after our Meetup this Tuesday, we were chatting on the street when Fred Willard (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0929609/ if you don't know who he is) walked down the street.
Ryan, one of our members went up and started talking to him for a few minutes about Ron. He gave him a "slim jim" and Willard saw him with Regan and said, "He's a Republican?" Ryan was able to convince him that he knew plenty of liberals supported him because of his great message and asked him if he would just take a second to look into him. Willard agreed and then continued walking down the street, slim jim in hand.
Point is, always have some RP literature on you because you never know when you'll need it and you never know who you can reach with the message as we found out from the radio host talking about Ron's "statement of faith."
Just a cool little story I wanted to share. If you live in a city like New York or L.A. where there are tons of celebrities, they are bound to see you campaigning if you are out there and maybe we will pick up some endorsements.
