WTF is that all about? Obviously a demo, but certainly not labelled as such.

have you contacted them to let them know that some of the primaries they are saying are 100% reporting haven't begun yet?

they need a better system of reporting primary and caucus results than a fiat method like our federal reserve handles money.

i emailed them

"you are showing the results as 100% reporting, and that in the republican primary Mike Huckabee has been declared the victor.

Early voting has only just begun and the campaign primary isn't even until next month.

hundreds of thousands of people turning out for early voting in TN is not something that is going on, i'd suggest you double check your sources on election coverage. it seems your team has figured out the results to many caucuses and primaries that have yet to begin."

no ron paul reference, so they can't throw it all in one big bag.

they've still got Tancredo, Thompson and Hunter. Probably old polls.

All news agencies/pollmakers do this to check everything is working. Don't read anything into it.

uhh those results are just tests. As someone says there demos. those aren't meant to be real results.

The problem is that they are not labeled as tests. In fact they don't change--not much of a test. Not tin foil hats here...just stupid actions by yet another FOX news channel. I did send them an e-mail and asked them how they came up with those numbers.

there is no indication that it is a test or poll.

does ESPN tend to put future sporting event results up in a test fashion like this?

where they have a full set of game results, statistics, etc, before the contest for a full weeks baseball games just to see if the page design works?

i mean these guys have finished primaries, the page design has to just have fields that are entered into a preset database... its not necessary to post a public test page linkable to the main page

ALL news companies do it, and ALL pollsters.

Its either this and you complain about results coming up before the election- or because it hasnt been tested the actual vote count crashes halfway through and everyone SCREAMS FRAUD!!!!11111ONE

I just know something is fishy here. How could they possibly know that Kucinich would win Florida with 27%?

My email to them (I sent it out at 8:02am EST):

How are you reporting voting results that haven't happened yet???? Not trying to effect the outcome of an election are you? Perhaps the FEC needs to take a quick look.

And their response (received at 12:14pm EST):
I believe what you are seeing is atest of the system, but it should not be going to the site. Associated Press, which supplies our numbers, runs tests leading up to races. We are working to get this test turned off.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
