Sometimes it seems like McCain, Giuliani, and Huckabee are mentally unstable while Romney is merely dishonest (flipflop) but RP is stable and honest and it might be better for a non-RP GOP to lose and cleanse itself.

Would agree completely with that last statement- Romney is just an ambitious scum bag, in the same mold as Billary but without her personal issues- Hillary reminds me of Annette Benning in American Beauty- "I will sell this house today. Ron actually tries to school these guys. I saw an interview with him in the press room after a recent debate (SC I think) where he was excited about some of the other candidates starting to 'get it'.

The analogy of Ron Paul as smart geek compared to a bunch of dumb jocks is very apt.

Romney strikes me as a basically decent guy, but ignorant, a pure politician. I don't think he believes there is any real significance to political positions, and in a way he would be right, considering how the US has previously been able to just blunder along.

If Super Tuesday sucks for us, I'd like to see him do one final flip and adopt Ron's agenda, and Ron as his declared running mate.

Edit: Second thought: Hell, no! Ron or bust!

You may as well vote for Clinton with that attitude. It wouldn't make any difference. If Ron isn't running, write him in like the rest of us.
