Ron Paul's last Congress challenger: Won't rule out Paul winning the Presidency!!

Democrat Shane Sklar, a rancher who lost to Paul in 2006, said the congressman’s supporters either didn’t believe or didn’t care that his votes had made him an ineffective gadfly.

“The attitude was, ‘He may be a little off the wall, but he’s our off-the-wall guy,’ ” Sklar said. President Ron Paul? Sklar will not rule it out.
“I think people underestimate his political skills all the time,” Sklar said. “You can’t ever take Ron Paul for granted.”

So many people on this site complain all the time about the official campaign...I seriously have to wonder if these people have any idea at all at the accomplishments he has done as far as getting elected ten times as a Republican candidate to congress even when Bush Sr and the republican party attacked him and backed the other guy??...he still won....

They are fighting an uphill battle just as we are, and they are doing well...so are we. The people who thought we had this easy were/are seriously under-estimating the odds we are up against...the party itself local and national, and the media is against us....how much worse do you want the odds?

We are doing something right now that is almost beyond belief...we are fighting against the establishment and doing quite well...it is amazing if you think about it. Even as the establishment attacks, and the media attacks, support has grown...this is truly a revolution...what we are doing is amazing beyond all belief.
