I think he looks more sickly that usual. He may have had some kind of medical treatment between south carolina and florida, or possibly he's just getting more worn down from the campaign trail. In med school you could eventually get kind of a gut feeling that some 'just looks sick' and in, like an ER setting, sometimes that gut might make a doctor keep a patient in the ER longer and observe longer. Ghoul on the other hand seems to look healthier today. I wouldn't be surprised if mccain drops out due to 'personal reasons.' I don't think it's his age, I think he just looks sick.
