"The current crisis is not only the bust that follows the housing boom," Soros said. "It's basically the end of a 60-year period of continuing credit expansion based on the dollar as the reserve currency."

He is evil and is dangerous in our fight against illegal immigration because he can fund so many groups.

George Soros singlehandedly forced Sterling out of the European Exchange Rate mechanism in 1989.

This guy is on the money!

What he says goes.

If he says the dollar is toast.........he's right....and so is Ron Paul

I honestly don't believe the average American has a clue about the fiscal tsunami that's heading towards them and it's gonna smash them in the face like a locomotive.

The UK is in a far worse state. The UK is truly finished, dead in the water.

America is heading for disaster but they have a far better chance of fighting their way out of this debacle than the British. We are absolutely screwed.

My worst fears are a 2nd depression!

That's what you're gonna get my friend, whether you like it or not.

Best you prepare yourselves for it because the bond markets and the hedge funds are gonna collapse and global dollar hegemony will end. The dollar will ceaseto be the global reserve currency and America's debt fuelled spending frenzy is over

Buy some strong headache pills. This hangover will last for decades

It's the end of empire I'm afraid. America has funded it's excess with foreign money for 35 years and its going to end.

Hello Mods,
I am trying to figure out the reason for moving this thread.
It has everything to do with what Ron Paul has been saying about
the economy and the Federal Reserve and the U.S. dollar.

I look at some of the other threads that are on the General Forum
right now, for example the thread about:
Police cameras in Austin/more evidence why we need Ron Paul,
There's a bunch of idiots in here! and Angry Paul Caller for example.

What criteria did my thread not meet?

This makes the second time my thread was moved almost immediately.
What's up?
